Get involved

Here are several ways you can help make the Toll Road Authority accountable to citizens:

  • Stay informed. Keep tabs on Harris County's toll road plans by reviewing agendas for biweekly Commissioners' Court meetings. The Court meets every other Tuesday at 10:00 am. All meetings are open to the public with an opportunity for public comments.
  • Invite CTC to present to your group. Please email ctc-advocacy@ctchouston.org to request a speaker.
  • Volunteer. Please email ctc-advocacy@ctchouston.org.
  • Write your state legislators. Tell your state representative and your state senator that you support changes in state law to make county toll road authorities more accountable to citizens. Click here for a list of elected officials.

We are asking local elected representatives throughout the region for their help too.
